Summer Vacation (Finally!!) By Mia, Emily, and Felicity

Hey, it's the MAG gang! (AKA Mia, Felicity, Emily) We all wanted to post, so we are all going to type whatever comes to mind.  We'll put our names in front of whatever we write. Let us begin!

Felicity: Yesterday was the last day of school!
Mia: Yeah, it felt like forever!
Emily: I slept in sooo late this morning, until 9:15!
Mia: Yeah, Emily's the real heavy sleeper.
Felicity: I just woke up early and watched TV and stuff
Mia: Enough about sleeping! That's boring!!
Emily: Well, what else IS there to talk about?
Mia: What about...um......I see your point.
Felicity: What about our plans for the summer?
Mia: OOH! OOH! I am going to my grandpa's farm in Missouri and my Aunt Nicole's apartment in New York!! It will be experiencing two different worlds. One my mode of transpiration will be a horse and in the other a cab! And Missouri is so peaceful while NY is so hectic!
Felicity: That sounds SO cool. I'm not sure what I'll be doing. Probably whatever comes up, I suppose.
Emily: I'm going to New Jersey again to visit family and such. I LOVE New Jersey so so so so much! I always go to this one Pizza Place that has this AWESOME pizza, and I....
Felicity: EMILY!! Stop talking about the amazing stuff you'll do when I'll be home probably doing laundry or something mega boring like that.
Emily: Sorry, I'm just so excited. But don't you go to that plantation in Virginia that used to belong to your Grandfather?
Felicity: OH, YEAH!!! I totally forgot about that!! I wonder when I'll be going.....
Emily: Hey, Mimi? What's your favorite fruit to eat in summer? Mine is DEFINITELY cantaloupe.
Mia: Mine is grapes. It's so fun to strip off the skin and freak out everyone with the freakishness and texture.
Emily: Hey, Liss, what about you?
Felicity: Totally watermelon. Last year, at our family reunion picnic, I held the record at eating 19 and a half slices.
Mia: 19 and a half? Did you keep it all down?
Felicity: Yep. Though I didn't eat anything else the whole day.
Emily: Talk about devotion to watermelon.
Mia:  Well,  I gotta go. See ya guys later!

Squeeeeeeeeel! (by Felicity)

 Hey gals! Wanna know why I'm so excited???????? Mia just gave me the BEST b-day gift EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See, Mia was feeling really bad about forgetting my birthday and all, but I didn't really care. Even though I tried to tell her it was okay, she still seemed bothered. So today Mia came to my house and gave me a huge box. I had no idea what she was up to,  but I was curious to see what was inside. I opened the box and inside was a card with a gift card to my favorite store and..... (Drum roll please......) A BOOM BOX AND A CD!!!!!!! Mia knew how cruddy my MP3 Player was, and I said I wished I had something better to listen to music to!!! I'm listening to "Crazy Love" by Mindy Gledhill on my bombox right now. :) Thank you thank you thank you Mia!!!!!! I love my present!

I Am A Very Bad Person (By Mia)

Well. I feel horrible. I FORGOT FELICITY'S BIRTHDAY!!!!!! I had just realized when I passed the calender today and BAM! right on April 21st in BIG RED LETTERS was Felicity's B-day!!!! I am a despicable human being. Emily was visiting family in New Jersey, so noone was there to remind me!  Where are you Emily, when I need you?!?! I'm pretty sure Emily got Felicity a souvenir and mailed it to her, though, so that leaves me being the worst friend ever.  I feel so bad that I didn't even do anything especially nice for Felicity. I bet she thinks I hate her.  I don't even have a present for her! I have no idea how to make it up to her. Any ideas?!?!

Talent Show! (By Emily)

Hi, everyone! It's Emily here, and I have some exciting news! On Friday, Emma and her friend were in their school's talent show! And I was in it, too! Let me tell you how it worked:

First, Emma stepped inside the box while Emma's friend stayed outside said some Magic words...

and... POOF!  I popped out as Emma's Mini self! Then Emma's friend set me back inside the box and Emma turned big again! :) People thought it was really funny.

They also did some other tricks, but I wasn't in them. 

Well, that's what Emma's been up to, what about you?

Felicity's Super Slumber Party (By Mia)

Ding Dong! The doorbell rang, and Felicity and I ran over to greet our friend Emily.

After everything was settled and things were put away, we decided to play Uno. I didn't have the best luck on that game. I ended up with the most cards- 10!

After the card game, I suggested a pillow fight. I don't mean to brag or anything, but I really dominated Felicity and Emily.Growing up with 3 hockey-crazy older brothers, I'm really tough skinned when it comes to stuff like that. Or, maybe because I had a GINORMOUS pillow.

After the pillow fight, we were pretty tuckered out, so Felicity showed us how to make friendship bracelets. Since Felicity is like, the master at making friendship bracelets, hers was waaaaay cooler than mine and Emily's simple ones. Felicity made this amazing rose pattern on hers!

After the bracelets, Emily made up a game where we would pick our favorite joke from Coconut's Joke Book with really weird accents. I read mine with a Swedish accent. Shyah! :)

We got pretty hungry after that, so we made some really awesome apple cider. (With the help of Mrs. Merriman! Tee hee.) We also had leftover cupcakes I brought from my brother's hockey team victory celebration the other night. 

It was pretty late, so we snuggled up in our sleeping bags, but we weren't ready to sleep yet! We talked and talked until it was about 11:00!! 

Since it was 11:22, we decided it was definitely time to hit the sack.

We went to bed really late, so we obviously slept in late, too. To be exact, 9:45 in the morning! It's a good thing I don't have skating practice on Saturdays, or else I'd be sleeping on the ice! We woke up and went downstairs to have breakfast. Felicity's mom sure does know how to cook! It's been awhile since I had anything other than cereal for breakfast, since our schedules are so busy. It was nice to sit down and eat for once without having something to make you eat quick and hop out the door! After breakfast, we got dressed and said our goodbyes to one another, and left. It was so fun there, next time I might have to have one at my house........
